Starting a new recipe today, not totally sure on the amounts of each ingredient, and I'm also looking for one spice/flavor to mesh well with chili peppers.

1lb Lager 2 row barley malt
1/2lb Pale 2 row barley malt
6.6lbs Amber Malt Extract
1lb Light Dry Extract
Chili Peppers
1oz Kent Golding Hop pellets
1oz Czech Saaz Hop pellets
1oz Fuggle Whole Leaf Hop

The only thing I'm missing is something to put with the Chili Peppers, so any ideas/advice? I'll take it! Otherwise I may just go with what I have listed and see how it turns out.

A few shots of the process. Chile Peppers and Ginger with some Saaz and Kent Golding Hops

Bold choice of flavor, I've had chili flavored wine before and somehow that worked, hope it comes out great!

It can be good or it can be bad but as long as I've done it, I know to do it again or never again :p
