Illinois chicago beer gas tank $80

Selling a used beer gas (nitro/co2) tank for a friend. Empty and out of date. Looks about 20#size.

If its out of date then is it even usable? It will also cost about 30 usd to refill assuming the tank is even viable

tank looks fine. It costs 20$ to test. I have 3 other tanks from this guy and they passed inspection. If anyone wants I will sell one of my 20# co2 tanks empty hydro tested for $100 and then buy this other untested one.
