So I found this in the cabinet and was wondering if I should/could throw it into my cherry honey wheat because why not.

Also if I do, should it be at boil, burn out, primary, secondary, bottling etc.

Cherry Almond Sauce ingredients:
Cherries, granulated sugar, water, Brown sugar, modified food starch, lemon juice from concentrate, natural almond flavoring, sodium benzoate, elderberry juice from concentrate and citric acid.

80 grams of sugar in the 8.2 oz container.

I wouldnt. Sodium benzoate is a preservative, I dont know how it would effect yeast health.

That might only be an issue if you bottle condition (referring to adding it in the secondary ). If you do bottle condition you could bottle off all but a gallon then add a small amount and see how that last gallon conditions.

Toriani syrup has sodium benzoate in it and it bottle conditions without issue.

Was worried about that myself but used the sugar free one in a stout without issue.
