Will we have problems with this:
About 2-3oz of Sanitizing solution got sucked in to the 5 gallons of beer during transfer to the bottling bucket. It was Chemipro Oxi and was diluted to 1 Tablespoon per gallon of water. It is a non-rinse sanitizer that is made from Sodium Percarbonate.
Thanks

It is probably OK, but I am not familiar with that product. The only OXY product I use is Oxyclean and it is for cleaning, not sanitizing.

I would check carefully to see what else is in the product, before concluding it is safe.

It actually does say cleaner on the website for the product.
Have also sent an email to the manufacturer as well.
Thanks

Thanks for the replies.
The distributor emailed back and said it will break down in to oxygen and sodium carbonate. The small amount of sodium carbonate as a result should not be a problem.
