Hello there! New brewer here checking in to the community from Arkansas.
I'm brand new to both brewing and this forum but I'm looking forward to growing in both.
I brewed my first batch this past Saturday, it was a True Brew Oktoberfest ingredient kit that I read was a good kit for a first timer. Despite a few hiccups along the way I now have it in the fermenter and the airlock is bubbling away. I'm already planning out my next attempt and dreaming up ways to make the process better. I can feel this hobby's teeth sinking in.
