After watching a few of our friends brew and sampling the finished product, I decided to pick up the hobby myself. Though I started with a Belgian Tripel kit, I am hoping to break away from the kits on my next batch. I just bottled up the brew today and can't wait to taste. The more I read the more I am enjoying this hobby!
