Cheers all!

Well my dad and I have been brewing beer for quite some time. As a matter of fact he now owns a brew pub. He is not quite finished with the brewing equipment yet, so he just sells other breweries' beers.

I just recently switched to all-grain brewing, and my first batch is superb. It is a light ale that has a refreshing taste with a lemon finish. It is partially a hefe so the lemon juice really complements it's light drinkability.
I brewed it just for the upcoming summer.

I brewed a second batch and it is currently in the primary fermenter.

I look forward to gaining some jewels of knowledge on this forum.

Welcome. What's the name of your dad's place? Are you going to be the pilot system for experimental beers?
 
My dad's place is called The Bad Monkey Pub and Grub. It is in Culver Oregon. Central Oregon between Madras and Redmond, about 40 miles north of Bend.

I think he is conducting his own experiments, but I definitely don't with-hold my findings from him.
