Been lurking for awhile and basically reading everything I can and decided to make it official.

I used to make wine a few years back and decided to give beer a whirl. Like I said I have been educating myself for the past few months trying to decide what set up I am going to go with.

I enjoy bourbon and cigars (my other hobby). Hopefully will work my way up a nice tap some where in the man cave.
