Hello All! Been lurking for a few weeks and thought I should introduce myself. I have done a few 1 gallon brews in the past, but never had time to take it real serious. Now that I have got some more time, I have got my first 5 gallon homebrew fermenting right now! I started with a Mac & Jack's African Amber in a kit I got from Beer Essentials (out by McChord AFB). I can tell already that I will be hooked on homebrewing.

Anyone with tips for a newbie, feel free to share!!
