Hello everyone!

I've been lurking for a couple weeks and decided to become a member here. I decided it was time to install some taps behind my bar downstairs and have been reading nonstop for the last couple weeks.

I picked up an old refrigerator I found on CraigsList last week and have started working on my first kegerator. :rockin:
I have been taking some pics as I work and will be starting a thread to detail my build very soon. There's definitely a lot of very talented people here and I've gotten a lot of ideas from others on how to make my kegerator better.

I've been reading about home brewing a lot too and it's become obvious that I will be acquiring a new hobby. I know pretty much nothing about how to brew beer myself but I'm excited to give it a try and think I'll really enjoy it.

Home brewing isn't hard, but it does require attention to detail & patience. a lot of patience definitly. I went from AE to PB/PM BIAB in 2 years. If I'd have realised how easy working with grains was,I'd have done it sooner.
But my experiences with Cooper's cans & Munton's plain DME's,among several others have been a great learning experience.
So grab a holt anywhere ya kin & hang own!! :tank:
