A single relay Love controller and a cheap Home Depot run can get you a great controller you can use anywhere."
I use the TS-13010. Cole-Plamer for $65, it comes with the temperature probe, some do not.
The TSS2-2100 is nice as well for dual stage temperature control. Control a heat pad/brew belt etc, and also control the cooling freezer/refrigerator.
Auber Instruments also looks interesting.
The eBay Aquarium Temperature Controller is also inexpensive, but only does Celsius.
A lot of options out there.
There is always the Ranco and Johnson controllers.
I just wouldn't go analog if you are going to be setting up a fermentation chamber.
