Use 110 gallon in my brewery for the price you cant beat them and adding attachments is a breeze.

Nice. Thanks for the response. Did you buy their stand or build you own?

how do you guys control the temperature for a such big fermenter? Using a temp. chamber?

odd they are both about the same price according to the 15 gallons ones I'm comparing?
I dont know if this helps but I went there last weekend from Orange county and bought the 7 gallon and 15 gallon inductor tanks for $135 total $65 for the 15gl + $10 for delivery charge and $55 for the 7 gl + taxes. definitely worth the drive especially stopping by some great breweries in san Diego

If you are close enough to a source to pick them up, that's the way to go. Shipping on these can be more than the purchase price. Plasti-mart lists the 15 gal for $75 but shipping to me was $56.00 The cheapest online price factoring in shipping was Duda Diesel, $80 for the tank, $27 for shipping. Jump up to a larger size and shipping pretty much doubles for the 30 gal.

As for temperature control - I have a 6' x 10' fermentation room where I keep the tanks and use internal sensors to control the room temp with a software "PID" controller.

this is off topic but has anyone found a cheap way to make a yeast harvester? I was thinking some clear pvc would work but anyone else have an idea
