Cheap 240v temperature controller

Any thoughts on using this to control the water temperature in my HLT using a Camco 5500w ULW heating element for an eHERMS build?

Spend a little more and get this model.
I have bought a cheap PID in the past and ended up buying a decent one. Also there is no mention of manual mode (which doesn't matter for the herms i guess)

A lot of people use the MyPin TD4s and like them once they get them configured. Which can be quite a task since there's basically no manual. But is that worth spending another $20+ a piece to you?
