Changing color without changing taste

Ok, so I just made a single hop chinook IPA. I used 11 lbs pale 2 row and 2 lbs of rye and lots of chinook hops. It has a great flavor but the color is way off it looks like a farmhouse or sour. I was wondering what could I add to give it more of a golden or red color and not change the flavor much?
 
Using really small amounts of dark malt like roasted barley or some of the dehusked carafa malts is a great way to add color with very little flavor. Like 2-4oz.

To further reduce the flavor, you can add them at the very end of the mash or going into vorlauf. The short contact time is long enough for color but cuts down the acrid and roastiness.
 
What he said.... but if it tastes good, especially since it is not a tried and true beer, or clone, who really cares what color it is???????
 
Every ingredient will change the flavor... You might like it! I add, to my crystalless IPAs a touch of black patent malt, 1-2 oz per 5 gallon batch. You could try, for lees of an impact, huskless dark malts, or midnight wheat.
 
Ive heard the couple ounces of roast also helps dry the beer out at the end. I've been meaning to try it in my IPAs. I like 2row IPAs but yeah, the color is poor. I'm gonna do one with beets this weekend to make a red beer. Just cause.
 
I've used very small amounts of Midnight Wheat for that purpose........... It works well, and in small quantity has little impact of flavor.
