I heard my SS brew bucket fermenter hissing around the seals (due to blocked blow-off tube) so I tried to fix it.
Managed to push the bung (that the blow-off tube fits into) into the fermenter. I couldn't grab it out because it sank to the bottom (and didn't feel like fishing). Found a bigger blow off tube which fit the hole w/out a bung. Pushed it in too far - beer started going up that tube. Which I now realise I forgot to sanitise.
I figure I'll be OK - this is day 3 of fermentation and it's Wyeast 1968. RDWHAHB?
