I have just inadvertently pushed my airlock in too far into my fermenting beer during high kyrosen. Is it likely to infect my beer? (I haven't retrieved it, by the way!)

If it wasn't sanitized, it could. There are a lot of yeast competing with a few "bad guys" though. Only way to know is to wait and see.

As DocScott said it could and the only way to know for sure is to wait and see. I have done similar thing in the past and I've yet to have an infected beer from it. If it's easy to do you could remove it, sanitize it wish a spray bottle of star san and place it back where it should be ... but I think the chances of an infection are probably pretty low.
