I brewe a pilsner lager partial mash kit. I lagered it at 37 degrees for 4 weeks. I opened a bottle one week after I bottled to see if there was any carbo. Carbonation was great but it has a champagne smell and taste. Sometimes I think it's green apples mixed with champagne. I have read about green beer. Will this taste condition out after I bottled? This is my first lager and I hope I did not ruin the brew. The taste is pretty strong.
