Hi Guys. I am looking to make champagne for the new year. any easy why to do it. and quick i want to be ready for the year 2013.

Is there a wine that can be ready in a couple of months? I don't think that is possible. If it is I would love to know.

try the wine forum? plant a vineyard now? you could certainly have a sparkling cider ready by then

I whose thinking to make a extremely sparkling cider. Bottle it in a champagne type of bottle etc. I thinking it’s going to come out better than making a quick wine. But anybody tried something like that? Any recipes?

People buy the non alcoholic sparkling juice in champagne bottles all the time for new years, why not sparkling hard apple cider, my suggestion is to use apple juice from Walmart or the grocery store, because it doesn't need much time for clearing as an unfiltered apple cider would. Just my two cents. I'd get started sooner then later though if you want anything remotely drinkable by the new year though!
