I wanted to seek out any thoughts on creating an IPA recipe with the addition of using a homemade chamoy sauce. I thought perhaps by making a apricot or mango style IPA and adding chamoy during the boil might add some sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors to the brew. Any recommendations or past experiences would be great.
