Central NY reporting

Specifically from Baldwinsville, just north of Syracuse - go Orange! I'm just a couple of miles from the Budweiser brewery, I can smell it when they brew.

I've been brewing extract on and off for a few years and just did my first eBIAB yesterday. HomeBrewTalk has been an invaluable resource, so I thought I would say hello and thanks for the tips!

I'll post in the eBIAB section and describe my first brew day with the new setup.
