First recipe critique request. Be gentle please. LOL

Same grain bill and hop schedule as PtE clone found below, but I will only use Centennial:

I really like Centennial (Two Hearted Ale). I want to take a shot at a DIPA with only Centennial, because it sounds good and its what I have on hand.

Feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I like it! I'd change up the hopping a bit, though. That recipe has too many bittering hops (many before 20 minutes from the end of the boil) and not enough flavor/aroma hops. A DIPA has enough bittering to balance the sweet malt, but should also have a strong hops aroma and flavor to it.

I'd do this:
1-2 oz centennial 60 minutes (or to about 45 IBUs with this one addition)
2 oz centennial 15 minutes
2 oz centennial 10 minutes
2 oz centennial flame out
2 oz centennial dryhop 5-7 days

Thank you Yooper.

Your recommended hop schedule looks good, so I'll go with it. Brewing tomorrow.

Thanks again
