Mashed at 149 to152 for 80 minutes 1.75qts/pound standard boil, chilled to 76 in 25 minutes, ferment at 63 for 10 days cold crash at 35 for 3 days. Looks like o.j. at bottling. Will it ever clear? ...oh yeah forgot Irish moss but still...

We would need more info about grains and when you hopped/how much and the yeast you used to give you a solid answer but with time it will clear.

The recipe and process are just like biermuncher in recipes section . So I hope it clears, but usually after cold crash its pretty clear?

Totally depends. If you didn’t transfer trublesss or clear wort to your fermenter, fermentation will bind the polyphenols from the hops and the proteins from the grains together causing haze. If it’s a low floc yeast strain it will add to the haze. Cold crashing and lagering the beer for 2 weeks or more will help. The longer you store it cold the more particulates will drop out of suspension. If you want it to happen sooner you need to use hotside and coldside fining agents

Yep, forgot Irish moss in boil, and it was cloudy going to fermenter. No other fineings. I guess if it's not starch haze, (which I can't imagine I didn't get complete conversion? ) it will eventually clear.
