Are you going to sit or drink your prop? I'm debating on it. I wish I had enlightened space to line them all up. I just shove them on the shelf and add them to my cellarhq

I meant to put U* but even then I should have spelled it out haha my bad. I wish I had both of those brews.

When you have a gold mine like Hill Farmstead. People will trade almost anything for special release bottles!

A few more.

Hey I see my beer i sent you :)

This just puts my garage/brew house to shame, with its random placing of boxes filled with beer where ever it would fit.

One day I'll organize it. Not today, probably not tomorrow, but maybe someday

I'm with you. I've got a cellar, with about 300 bottles. But everything is in shelves and labeled boxes, categorized, covered, etc. It's nothing to look at and I'm not about to empty it all out for photos.

Aging Buffalo Sweat? Really?

Not aging, just needed a place for them. I bought a case and put it in there. Most have gone out on trades, but im also keeping some to drink throughout the year until it comes back out. Notice that I dont have IPAs in there though. :D

Why are they labeled. Lol

I couldnt find a thread for this and was surprised. I know there is one on BA and thought this would be fun to have here as well.

This is not intended to see what others have and ask them to trade, but it is bound to happen, so please PM them to arrange a trade.

I just got into craft beer last spring when I started homebrewing, so there's nothing too rare or exciting. I currently live in a house that had a pre-built cellar just waiting for me. The shelves are very old but still more then sturdy. They are so old I found multiple newspapers from 1968, in perfect condition, under about an inch of dust when I moved in. Its nothing fancy, but it stays a constant 60-65 degrees, and was FREE! I do label everything with the month and year that I start to cellar it, just to know how long I have had it. All of the six packs and beers with mailing label are my HBs. Lets see your cellars HBTers! :mug:
I take offense in this statement!!
Oh, and drinking my saison that could use some cellering.

Damnnnn. I see that tactical nuclear. I had one last winter. Wasn't a big fan. But then again could have been the heady that was killing my palate.

Holy F. You have some killer brews. Looks deelish. Have you already had all of them? I find my problem being that I want to try it when I get it. I just need to buy six of everything and save two.

I will normally have at least a beer or two a night, sometimes six.

This makes me feel better I was wondering if my 2-6 a night meant I have a problem but obviously it's the norm. Whew!
My basement brew room stays 60-65 year round there is only homebrew in there as I thought it was too warm for cellaring. Am I wrong?

I bought that a over year ago. Opened it when I closed on my house. It better now than when I opened it. It's an experience to try but I'm not a big fan. It's like the most smokey chocolate scotch you taste.

Thank you. I think i do not match up with some people lol. Most of them I had before but some I have yet. Need to drink them soon. You need to buy two then it'll solve that problem. I usually buy two to try one and age one. I'm trying to buy more 4 and 6 packs. The bombers are getting expensive.

Sweet Jesus DC. I vote we meet at your place for that beer we've been talking about haha :mug:

Need a majority vote for that to happen lol. Did I win the tread?

We do need to meet up soon. Probably pick a date and meet at red brick. I'm happy to share from my cellar if someone bring something simular

my brain. You need to drink more. It makes you invisible.

Its a little warmer then you would ideally want for a celler, which is 52 degrees, but I think it works just fine at 60-65. The main concern is to keep it in those lower temps, 80 wouldnt probably be best for aging beers. Its right at 60 for 9 months of the year, consistency is also probably a must.

Wow. Drool!

Maybe I'll post what I have, though it isn't much, so others can see how pathetic it is!

Haha, I'm with you on that. I could post a pic of what's in my cellar(beer closet) to give everyone a good laugh. :D
My problem is for a long time I never bothered to put stuff back. So now I don't have much of a stash. I also can't do a whole lot of trading so I don't have anything too rare either.
Oh well, keep the pictures coming everyone!

Sent from your liver, please give me the night off!

I have never really had much, and after a couple of trades, a maw grant and Fantasy Football mail out where I sent out about 20 total 750's, this is all that's left.
