brewed my first batch on 9/29/13, Belgian blonde extract, and celebrating by fermenting the simplest of recipes, from my LHBS owner/Jedi Master
No Bells or Whistles Hard Apple Cider
one year, 12 batches and #11 is one very tasty pale ale. only bad thing about it? I brewed an IPA
#12 is first lager, first pilsner, first co-brew, first decoction. lagering now, will be ready in a few weeks
definitely see an improvement in my brewing and look forward to many future batches.
next up is The Great Pumpkin recipe from latest issue of Zymurgy. can't wait to try it Halloween 2014
