CB & Potts Colorado Blonde Clone?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to clone this beer-

I believe CB & Potts also has a chain in the Pacific Northwest called RAM brewery-

Their website says this beer has Willamette and Cascade hops.

I am wondering what the grain bill would look like though?

This beer has a very malty taste for a light ale. I am just wondering how to create this taste without adding any malts darker than 3L?

Never really cared for the blind but they have the abv and hops used and I believe the ibu's in their table menus. I could look next time I'm at Ram.
