Straight oak theory is the money

I love regular oak theory as well, one of my favorite Casey beers period. It has such a good stone fruit presence without being fruited. Apricot cut is going to be nuts.

Of all the Casey beers I've had (as a non local, so just the non fruits, and fruit stand) the regular-ass saison is my favorite and I'm steadily looking for more

To say it went smooth would be an understatement. It was a throw back to last year before he got discovered. No lines, plenty of seating, plenty of beer, everyone hanging out enjoying the warm weather. Best time since last year, and he still sold all the beer.

The BPT format is here to stay (at least until the chasers find a way around it)

Agreed, it was excellent. No line to get bottles, no line at the bar when I rolled up at 1pm. The amount of time I saved from the September release is insane. It was relaxing to just sit there and enjoy a few beers, reminded me Last years releases for sure.
