I do have 3 pounds left of Cascade and 2 pounds of Hallertau. The Hallertau is $10 a pound.

Shipping is costing more than I thought!! Im was losing money on the shipping.

Shipping rate is as follows
1 lb is still $5.20
2 lbs is $8
and 3 lbs is $10.50.

Email sent - I'd like 2 pounds of Cascade and 1 pound of Hallertau.

PM'ed, I'll take that last lb. of Cascade, Thanks!

Edit: Your inbox is full. Please let me know if you have any Cascade left, Thanks!

Thanks! Everyone's hops should be there!! BEFORE Christmas! Merry Christmas everyone!

Hops arrived happy and healthy and are now in the freezer awaiting a Cascadian Dark Ale recipe I wrote featuring around 12oz cascade hops. Only 0.25oz added at 60min, the rest reserved for late additions, no longer than 20min.... because damnit I feel like it and now I can

I'd be more than happy to, but I'm currently in Grass Valley doing Christmas with SWMBO and her family.

I'll post it as soon as I get back home!

Here's the CDA (not IBA/BIPA... give credit where credit is due) recipe I wrote up specifically for my order from mrrrkva. I may even kick up the flame-out or dry-hops in order to use an entire bag (I think the smallest one I received was 15.8 oz)

Cascadian Dark Ale -- 5.5 gallons
Est. OG: 1.071
Est. ABV: 7.3%
Efficiency: 75%

12# US 2-row (82.8%)
1.5# Crystal 60L (10.3%)
1# Carafa III (6.9%)

0.25oz Cascade (6.9%) -- 60min
2.00oz Cascade (6.9%) -- 20min
2.00oz Cascade (6.9%) -- 15min
2.00oz Cascade (6.9%) -- 10min
2.00oz Cascade (6.9%) -- 5min
2.00oz Cascade (6.9%) -- 0min
1.00oz Cascade (6.9%) -- Dry Hop 7 days

Wyeast 1272 -- American Ale II
