Cascade and Centennial tangled mess

So the cascade and centennial hops I've been growing became a tangled mess on the trellis.

Is there a way to tell the difference between these two by looking at the leaves or something else?

centennial are usually larger than cascade (the buds). Another way is to pick one and rub it in your hands and smell them. Both have thier own distinct aroma.

I am not an expert on the subject, but I have grown both varieties. This is my first year.

this happens to me a lot, you'll have to bine harvest. Cut the bine at the base and reverse weave to free it from the twine, then pull the rest free. It's not pretty, but it does work.

Been growing Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Fuggles for three seasons so far. Centennial cones strongly tend to round shape, while Cascade cones will tend towards elongated shape and if allowed to mature will be considerably larger than Centennial.

Also, Centennial bines grow uniformly shorter side-arms than Cascade (which can get quite long by comparison). Planted side by side it's way more likely that Cascade will engulf Centennial...
