So I am just getting into all grain again... So I am dusting off my carona mill and I am going to rejig it. What is a good gap starting place for a carona mill if I am using a SS braid and batch sparging?

Thanks,

In my experience, you cant really gap a corona mill. Just try and set it to a point where all the pieces of grain are nicely fractured and no whole pieces remain. W/ a braid, you can crush pretty fine, and still have decent lautering.

Put a bolt in the handle hole and run it w/ a drill...works great!
