I transfered to secondary after two weeks. SG at 1.013 at the time. I looked in the Fermentation Chamber (old fridge with a Ranco) today and the Carboy Cap had pop'd off. Probably because it was slippery from the StarSan when I put it on.
So have I likely lost this batch? Or should there be enough Co2 in the Carboy to protect the beer at this point? I did sanitize and replace the Cap and Airlock after finding it.
