I just tapped my 3rd home brew batch, and it is the best tasting batch to date. However, the first two batches were much better carbonated. This batch, the bubbles in the head are bigger and the head is thin. Very little lacing. I did the same process for all three batches; after secondary fermentation I placed keg in the kegerator, connected to the air (set at 12psi, have another keg on same air), and let it sit for 5 days. Any thoughts? As I said, seemed to work great for the first two batches.

Did you end up with more or less liquid out of primary? I could imagine that if you overshot the expected volume, the priming sugar wouldn't quite go as far...

I crank mine upto 30 lbs and shake back and forth for a few minutes ! Works fast and carbonates right away. :mug:
