carbonation question

If I had a beer put in the fridge for a day at 50 degrees that wasn't quite carbed, can I pull them back out and warm them to 70 degrees for a few more days?

I would just let it sit a little longer now that you "cooled" down the yeast. But you didn't really kill them, just as long it was only around 50 degrees.

Sure you can! Just gently turn the bottles end over end to resuspend any yeast that became dormant in the cold temperatures.
