If I had a beer put in the fridge for a day at 50 degrees that wasn't quite carbed, can I pull them back out and warm them to 70 degrees for a few more days?
 
I would just let it sit a little longer now that you "cooled" down the yeast. But you didn't really kill them, just as long it was only around 50 degrees.
