I just kegged for the first time and I cant figure out what is going on with my beer. I forced carbonated it at 25 psi for 2 days in a 34 degree kegerator. When I pour the beer it has a beautiful head that lasts the entire time I drink the pint. However the beer feels flat. Does anyone have an explanation for what is going on? Did I do something wrong in the brewing stage or the force carbonating steps?
 
Sounds like you over carbonated. I did the same thing a few times few times. Next time leave it as 30 psi overnight and turn it down to 10 Pai for a day. That should do it. It's really a matter of knowing your own gear. It takes a few times.

I also reversed and changed the pin lock on my tank to push gas into the keg down through the dip stick. That sends bubbles actually into the beer when you add psi.

For now take all the gas off and leave it in the kegerator alone. Tomorrow morning purge it. Do this two or three times over the span of a day until the carbonation is the way you want it. .
 
One of the drawbacks of rush carbing like that is that sometimes you have plenty of pressure to push the beer and give it a nice head, but it hasn't yet had a chance to fully absorb the volume of CO2 needed to fully carb it. Some folks will do the shake method to speed absorption. I tried that once and won't do it again (the beer would not clear afterwards).

Unless you have a pressing need to drink this beer right away, give it a week or two at 10-12psi and then check it.
