Am I doing something wrong, or is it expected that throughout my batch of beer, the bottles will have a different level of carbonation?? Some are bubbling out the top of the bottle, and others are pretty flat, and I don't know what's up...thanks

If you treated all the post-capped bottles the same, such variability is typically due to either insufficient mixing of the priming sugar with the fermented beer, or inconsistent capping...

Cheers!

Thanks, I guess that makes sense, I'll try to make sure I'm mixed up better on my next batch and see what happens, all the bottles are treated the same after bottling (same temp and no light), so I don't think it could be that.
