Carbonating fruit

My brother sent this link to me since, as a homebrewer who kegs, I have all of the required parts. Have not tried it yet but looking forward to it. Anyone else thought of this or tried it?

Many years ago on a family road trip we had some peaches in a old Scotch cooler (tightish fittting lid) and for some reason my dad had some dry ice he added to keep the fruit cool (back when most cars did not have AC). We ended up with fizzy peaches - quite fun!

I did it a couple years ago with grapes, a 2 liter soda bottle and a carbonater cap.
