am getting ready to carbonate a batch of apple wine that is just starting to clear from the top down , just wondering if i should wait for it to clear completly (so there will be less sediment in the bottles ) or would this leave the liquid lacking in yeast to carbonate ?
cheers

Let it clear.
If you look at Ed's page 1 of the original thread he says that in 4 to 8 weeks you can bottle when clear.
There will be plenty of goodies left to carb and it will be great.

Let it clear all the way down, then use 3/4 cup corn sugar to carb or carb drops. Plastic bottles are great for bottling it.
