I have a stout that have kegged with priming sugar about 10 days ago. Since then I bought 4 way distributor from Keg Cowboy and have the ability to hook this keg up to the gas now.
Is there any negatives to doing this? Either way I am going to let it sit at least another 2 weeks to condition but don't know if it's better to leave it a basement temp and continue to carb with the sugar and the yeasties or just use the gas and let it sit in the fridge to carb and clear up.
