I've not kegged before but was thinking about getting into it. I was just reading over at ebrew ( http://www.ebrew.com/primarynews/intro_keg_system.htm ) that the carb level is generally lower than bottled beer. Is that true? I thought with a keg you could carb any level you want. I'm thinking about getting into kegging because my carbing in a bottle is so inconsistent. I don't want to invest in a kegging system if the carb level would still be low.
