Hello Everyone!
Bottled a batch of weizenbier earlier today and I wanted to know if I capped my beers right. I was told that after I cap the bottle I shouldn't be able to twist the cap. I was using a wing capper throughout the process and I never capped a bottle that I couldn't twist after. They weren't easy to move but they twisted all the same. Do you guys think my beers are sealed enough? I want to make sure my beers carbonates properly. Nobody likes a flat brew
