if it is of any help, the St Lams I have were purchased on 21th February 2015 and on 12th February 2016.

I believe I've professed my love for St Lamvinus Grand Cru before, but I really cannot say enough about it: delicious Merlot grapes sautéed lightly in butter, insanely vinous, great mouthfeel. Simply a beautiful lambic.

Menu Pineau was equally wine like and delicious.

Yeah I sautée fruits in olive oil for salads, side dishes, couscous etc all the time. Delicious!

It is very doubtful, sorry... One of my favorite Zwanzes, but that St Lam Grand Cru runs circles around it, presupposing one likes grapes.

Well at least I have a photo with one to cherish those sweet memories like a long lost friend. St. Lam is a personal favorite of the seasonal fruit lambics so yeah, definitely gotta try that grand cru!
