I was planning on going in March. Is there anything I could expect? I see St Lam dropped last year around that time? Whats going on now?

I believe I've professed my love for St Lamvinus Grand Cru before, but I really cannot say enough about it: delicious Merlot grapes sautéed lightly in butter, insanely vinous, great mouthfeel. Simply a beautiful lambic.

Menu Pineau was equally wine like and delicious.
For a beer you are so fond of, that is an incredibly unappetizing description.

Ohh forgot to mention, on Wednesday 15/2:

It is very doubtful, sorry... One of my favorite Zwanzes, but that St Lam Grand Cru runs circles around it, presupposing one likes grapes.
Well at least I have a photo with one to cherish those sweet memories like a long lost friend. St. Lam is a personal favorite of the seasonal fruit lambics so yeah, definitely gotta try that grand cru!
