Dude... NICE work so far. Jealous of the welding tools/skillz! I am contemplating buying a welder a learning to weld for my 2.0 build. Is that wrong?

Just not sure that plate chiller in the corner is gonna be enough - better send it to me!

I'm with Brundog on this. Amazing fabricating and TIG skills. looking forward to seeing your setup in action.

Can never go wrong with having more tools!

The plate chiller was a great find, a family member had a old dairy and it was still on the wall, needs some love as they had galvanized fittings in the water side and the galvanic corrosion was unreal. I am not sur if I a going to try to weld it and machine it or just try some aluminum epoxy as it is only on the water side.

I have a 50a 3v herms. It's too late now, but you are going to be surprised how much waste you are going to have with all that plumbing and 15 gallon kettles.

I think I have plumbed it to not have to much waste, I can push all the wort out with the sparge water from the HLT to MLT to the BK. The path from the BK to the plate chiller is pretty shortl, but I guess I really won't know until I flip the switch on!

Since this is my first build I expect to have to change some things around, If I didn't what else would i do as a hobby!:)
