Ok, i just got in my tower, and looked at the female disconnects of the tower, and they don't match up with my ball lock.

It says
"homebrewers using soda kegs will need to cut off the hex nut and attach a disconnect."

what part is this?

haha... the one on the left kinda looks like you cheesefood...

those are my roomates, i really dont know where they came from.. kinda funny..

Barbed Swivel Nuts

Make your own threaded tubing. Swivel nuts have 1/4" FFL nut on one side, and a barb on the other. Use the 1/4" version (K123) with our 1/4" or 3/16" beverage tubing. The 5/16" version (K163) can be used with our plate filter system (K157) or larger tubing. Secure the swivel nuts in place with a tubing clamp (K124). A flared nylon washer (K127) is generally not necessary, but can help with metal-to-metal connections.

You'll need the swivel nuts and one each black liquid-out disconnect and gray gas-in disconnect. Opt for the flared disconnects and swivel fittings rather than barbed disconnects - they're easier to clean, and you can swap disconnect styles if you like (to pin lock or back to Sanke).
