Can odor leak through a better bottle?

My fermentation chest freezer has gotten fairly stinky and needs to be cleaned. However, I'm wondering if my saison fermenting in there now has been picking up any odor through the plastic of the Better Bottle? Haven't done a taste test yet but was curious to see if anyone has had this happen (odor leak into your beer from outside the BB). Kind of like when you leave a banana next to a bag of food and the food picks up the banana smell.
