I have had my first brew, a pale ale, in bottles for about three weeks. I opened one and tasted it and it has a slight taste like the iododophor smells. I think it is a taste though it might be the smell from the bottles when I sanitized them. I'm not for sure. Could the Sanitizer leave an after taste in the beer? It tastes good just a very faint iodine smell or taste.

Possibly. What concentration did you use, and you let it drain well?

It is my experience that many (most?) brewers use WAY to strong of a concentration of iodophor, which could lead to off flavors, including something described as phenolic flavors which are usually associated with chlorine or infections.
