Got a couple 1 gallon jugs of Tree Top Apple juice from Costco. It says 100% juice made from concentrate with no added preservatives. I can make hard cider out of this right? Gonna put it in a one gallon glass carboy with a bung and an airlock. The yeast I'm using is WLP775 English cider yeast.

"no preservatives" is the key. preservatives make it tough for yeast to do their job. you should be good to go!

if you havent bought yeast, I'd suggest using nottingham or safale US-05.
