Can i use this carboy

Found this at a garage sell and noticed some scratches. And minuscule black spots on the outaide of the fermenter. That's all on the outside? If so, go for it.

Fill it with oxyclean or PBW overnight, rinse, shake, fill with starsan and repeat. Youll be good to go

Yes, i can feel them clearly with my fingers (on the outside)

Or is that actually sand inclusions in the glass from the casting process?
Doesn't look like a real good casting job anyway.

I've got a plastic buck with a black speck in it on the inside that had to
be part of the molding / extruding process.
