Hi, I am making a Ranger IPA clone with recipe and ingreds from Austin Homebrew and Maltose Express.
I was at day six of my second fermentation and checked the SG yesterday--it was at the target of 1.010, but it was cloudy so I decided to take it out of the 76 to 78-degree fermentation room and bring it to where I was planning to bottle it (where the temps are in the 60's).
I added the KC yesterday afternoon and not only is it just as cloudy today as yesterday, it is still quite actively fermenting.
My question is should I return to the warm room and let it ferment further? If so, if it remains cloudy, can I do the KC again?
Thanks--any help is greatly appreciated.
