I have had my beer in primary for 6 days already and have been taking OG readings for the past few days and they have been staying steady (1.01 from original 1.05). I am planning on making another batch tomorrow and after that i will be pretty busy so would it be ok to just go ahead and transfer to secondary tonight?

I just racked to secondary and it looks so much better in the carboy! Now i just have to wait to bottle and then drink! I took every last little bit of beer i could all the way down to the yeast cake but it still doesn't seem like the beer that's sitting in my carboy now would fill 48 bottles (and i even fermented about 5 1/4 gallons). But we will see come bottling day.
