My kombucha have been brewing for 8 weeks. due to the fact there was no scoby forming on the top. I presume the starter was not so effective.
My questions are :
Can it still be used to make a new batch for kombucha ?
Can it still be consumed or is it unhealthy ?
This batch has now alot of fallout in the bottom .
How long can i keep a batch of kombucha in the fridge before it goes bad .
