Like, tomorrow. Then, decant & step up over weekend? Dont have DME right now to step up. Will that affect my end result? Would be in fridge for 4-5, maybe six days.
 
Yes you can. As long as your sanitation practices are good you should have no issues.
 
I actually propagate my yeast just this way. I make a starter twice the size that is needed for my batch and decant half for cold crashing and use the other half for the current batch. The next batch will get the same treatment, thus I can get several batches from my one vial of yeast and only paying for the DME for the starters.
